The Zurich-based start-up Timly Software AG offers two modules with its cloud-based SaaS platform for quality management in companies: Inventory & Services and Human Resources & Talent. Thanks to the intelligent use of mobile technologies and QR codes, it connects the physical with the digital world.
Since Timly is designed as a cloud solution, it does not require a large initial investment. Therefore, the solution is particularly suitable for SMEs. The two founders Philipp Baumann and Fitim Mehmeti, who together have more than 20 years of professional experience in the digital economy, place great value on intuitive, appealing and user-friendly software. Numerous companies from Germany and Switzerland in the construction industry, healthcare and public administration are already using the Timly solution.
The web-based application is the digital inventory software for companies. Information on equipment, vehicles and facilities flows together centrally in the cloud and can be accessed wherever the equipment is located thanks to mobile technology and QR codes. In addition, Timly stores the GPS positions of equipment and vehicles so that their location can be quickly determined and traced.

The recording of damage and the central documentation of maintenance is done easily and efficiently via mobile phone. Timly allows the digitalisation of the personnel file and records skills, certifications and training of employees.
