The use of digital signatures is regulated under the European eIDAS regulation, which defines different classes of electronic signatures for various use cases. A signature via a verified email account can be a practical alternative—especially when high-value items are being handed over permanently.

The PDF receipt is automatically sent to the parties involved via email. It can also be viewed at any time under the "Signatures" tab in the "Resources" menu. If the PDF confirmation has already been generated, you can download it again as often as needed.
