Managing and updating your employees' skills, training, and certifications is made easy in Timly. Use the 'Personnel & Talent' module to keep track of each employee's qualifications and when they are due for renewal. 

Similarly, you can organise training sessions with just a few clicks, scheduling events and sending invitations to employees. Timly's built-in features not only allow you to easily create and print attendee lists but also ensure that after each training session, the employee's profile is promptly updated to reflect any new skills or certifications, keeping records up-to-date.
