A great advantage of the Timly inventory software is the possibility to plan inventory for future periods. Objects can be ‘reserved’ for specific employees, projects or locations.
To do this, first make sure that you have activated the disposition/planning option in your account. If the disposition function is not yet available to you, simply contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org). One of our staff members can easily set up this function for you.
To plan the allocation of an item in advance, you must first select the product in question and go to the “Disposition” tab.
Then you only have to select the data and the employee and add a comment if necessary. Confirm your entries with “Save”.
