C.1 - How to assign inventory to individual employees

With Timly, you can assign specific inventory items to employees, ensuring you always know who holds which piece of equipment. By granting employees access to Timly, they can check out items using a QR code scan, which then automatically assigns the item to their profiles. This detailed tracking allows you to view an employee's entire inventory history by clicking on their record – from what items they've checked out, when they took them, when they returned them, to what they currently have in their possession.

Remember also that the scheduling feature lets you reserve items for specific employees, third parties, rooms, offices, projects, and so forth, for future dates. The planner also provides an overview on item availability for any given date.
